Will I be charged when I sign up?
No. Your card is securely stored but not charged for 10 full days. If you cancel before day 10, you are not charged anything at all.
What is QTrader and is it really free?
QTrader is a bonus service included with every MTOptions plan at no extra charge. It uses a parabolic time vs. price indicator combined with a stochastic strength indicator to generate 2–3 QQQ options trades per month — calls and puts on the Nasdaq-100 index.
Which plan do you recommend for a new subscriber?
We recommend the Quarterly plan. It gives you three full months to evaluate performance across different market conditions — bull, bear, and sideways — while saving you $40 compared to monthly. Most members who start quarterly upgrade to Annual within their first year.
How do I cancel?
Send a cancellation request to support@mtoptions.com at any time. We maintain an email audit trail for all cancellations. One email does it — no phone calls, no runaround.
Can I switch plans after subscribing?
Yes. Email support@mtoptions.com and we will switch you to any plan. Any remaining time on your current plan is credited toward the new one.
How are trade alerts delivered?
Every alert is delivered via email before the opening bell. Each alert includes the exact entry price, stop-loss, target exit, and the full reasoning behind the trade. Optional SMS delivery is also available.
